The Zertinan Caverns

The Zertinan Caverns are a location in the land of Ivalice in Final Fantasy XII. They are a vast network of caves that run under the regions of Dalmasca, Jagd Yensa and the Bancour regions, connecting the continents of Ordalia and Kerwon.

The Zertinan Caverns can be entered through several access mouths located in the sandseas of Jagd Yensa, from Dalmasca Westersand and from the Ozmone Plains.

They would ride up on the Chocobo and she would jump off at the opening of the Caverns.

Hm...I wonder whats going on here..

He got up the Chocobo and looked at the entrance.

Without turning around she says to Sasume.

Why were you glaring at the Garif warrior..?

She turns around and looks at him.

I don't understand...What happened between you and the Garif?

His face turned cherry red and turned away, and crossed his arms.

She smiles and rolls her eyes and looks back at the entrance to the Caverns.

Im going in, you coming?

He followed her in.

As they walk into the Caverns she would suddenly feel like they are being watched.

Sasume....

She turns around to see a Skulwyrm lunge at Sasume and she tackles him out of the way.

Damn! I didn't even think about that being in here!

After he is tackled by Valia, he gripped his blade.

Thanks, Valia, but I got this thing.

He stood up and faced the Skulwyrm.

Just provide backup if I need it..

She grabs her katana and stands back.

This thing is nothing but bones...Tch! This should be easy..

A Nasty Grin appeared on his face, as he drew his blade out of its cain.

He dashed at the Skulwyrm and swung his blade at it.

He appears behind Valia and grabbed her by her hair.

He smiled wickedly, his eyes changing color from onyx to blue, due to him being a Valios.

He turned to the boy behind Valia, forgetting about the Skulwyrm.

Valia!!!

He gripped his blade and stared at the boy, emerald meeting onyx.

Let her go! And Who are you!?

He gripped the girl's hair harder.

I am Harious..Lee...

He stared at Sasume.

And she's Valia Rae Sonvalia, and you're Sasume Raiki.

He seemed shocked.

He stared at Harious, waiting for a reply.

He has an angry look on his face, his eyes turned a blood red color.

He got into his fighting stance and his wolverine claws had a shine on them, as if they had just been polished.

Now Come on. Prove that you are the one who killed my brother. I wanna make sure I'm killing somebody worthy of dying by my hands.

He got Valia in his arms and was pushed back little bit.

She has tears in her eyes as she looks up at Sasume with a scared look in her eyes.

She turns and then to look at Harious with a look of confusion.

Harious..What happened to you? If you truly are a Valios you should fight with us not against us. And to hurt one of the Lost Princesses of the Valios is a crime for which you shall pay..

Her eyes turn red as his have as she grabs her katana and gets in ready stance.

No Valia...I'm gonna take him down myself.

He pushed Valia back and stepped forward.

Just stay back.

He gripped his blade as it started glow a dim pink color.

He dashed at Harious.

He dashed at Sasume and was infront of him in mere seconds.

EAT THIS!!

He slashed him several times with his claws, enjoying every second of doing so.

She yells angrily as she is pushed back.

She isn't able to finish her sentence as the Skulwrym roars in anger and charges in after Sasume.

I don't think so!

She jumps up and slashes at its skullish face and the swipe kicks it so it hits the side of the Cavern making some large boulders hit its bones and break some of them.

Aww come on, is that all you got?

She says as she smirks in the Skulwrym's direction as it tries to get back up.

He gets slashed and screams.

Damnit!

He swings his blade toward Harious.

He knocks the sword out of Sasume's hand and contiune slashing him.

Wow! YOU'RE NOT EVEN A CHALLENGE!!

He slashed Sasume two times on his chest and then kicked him in the ground.
